Orissa Backward Classes Finance & Development Cooperative Corporation was established during 1994-95 on being registered under the O.C.S Act 1962 for providing economic assistance to the people belonging to S & E.B.C/ O.B.C. under various income generating schemes and for Minorities also from 2007.
